Telkom are ********** at their best

I have had a telkom line for 6-8 months now, and never have I gotten the line I'm paying for, there are always issues on the line, or the line keeps dropping and they never do any real effort to try and fix it. They don't even have the correct exchange for the line they signed me up for. and it took a different technician to point this out but Telkom would not disclose this information, forcing a breach of contract and that should result in me being able to cancel the contract, however they are trying to force me to pay a cancellation fee. Stay away from these ****bags
