TELKOM ARE **********!!!

In 2019 I was given a balance of which I had to settle to close my contract with Telkom and specifically asked the consultant to not renew it as I was listed as a bad payer so why renew my contract if I don't pay??? Anyway I asked the lady on the phone to close the contract of which she confirmed this contract is now closed. And the call was recorded and she even gave me a reference. 3 years later TELKOM COMES BACK TO ME AND TELL ME I OWE 3000 RAND. WHAT ****!! THESE PEOPLE ARE ********** AND DESPITE A REFERENCE AND E MAILS THEY CHOOSE TO IGNORE THIS.. PATHETIC IS NOT EVEN THE WORD
