Telkom are **********

Telkom are ********** who should be put in jail. I took a contract phone; Huawei P20 Lite at Telkom Eastgate Mall which was supposed to come with a 30 Gigs once off data for 3 months (10 gigs per month). Guess what I am still waiting for my first 10 Gigs. when you call their customer service line they do not answer. I called the store and the lady on the phone said she'll attend to the matter and call me right back, guess what, it's been 3 days and I still haven't heard from them. Telkom has to be the worst service provider in the country, false advertising, bad network coverage it's all one big ****.
