Telkom are failing to activate my international roaming

I am traveling to Italy and wanted to activated my international roaming . So I send a query to, ***, and they rep**** with a form that I have to fill in to activate my international roaming . I rep**** with the fully filled in form on the 14 th of June 2019. It is now the 23rd of June 2019. I have not as of yet had any reply or SMS to confirm that my phone is activated for international roaming. This is such a bad service that they providing , if you email the mail now it just says that the mailbox is full !!!jeez really getting sick of it .... if I sit in Italy without my phone without any service and I am going to loose touch with my customer , I am going to loose it!!!!telkom services you suck
