TELKOM ARE EXTREMELY USELESS, I WILL NEVER EVER HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM EVER AGAIN USELESS COMPANY

I have requested many call backs from them and not once have they called me back, our internet is having problem, I logged a fault and since then nothing, has been done, when I check on the app it says the fault has been logged but that is it, there is no in process, they haven't touched or looked at the fault since I submitted it a week ago, I did finally get a call back and was told a technician will contact me, nothing I have tried phoning multiple times and nothing, I have logged the fault again and nothing, WE ARE PAYING R1000 FOR A SERVICE AND WE CAN'T EVEN USE IT AT THIS SATGE ESKOM ARE BETTER THEN TELKOM BECAUSE AT LEAST THEY HAVE FIXED STUFF TELKOM HAVE DONE NOTHING OR ANYTHING AND IT HAS BEEN A WEEK SINCE I LOGGED MY FAULT AND NOTHING.
