Telkom are driving me insane

In beginning I had a call from Telkom saying that they wanted to send me a sim card phone to replace my copper line. I told them I had three lines on the one number. Oh no they tell me we don''t know how to do that. I told them in no uncertain terms that I DID NOT WANT their phone. LO and behold they sent it anyway. I was out and my husband who nothing about it signed for the delivery. They instantly cut off my line. From then on it was a nightmare. I phoned Telkom everyday for 6 weeks with no joy. This is actually my office line. Eventually after the second fellow from Telkom or one of their representatives came he managed to convince Telkom to reconnect my copper line. In the last two weeks I have had sms's from Courierit .co.za to say that they are delivering my two parcels. I have phoned them everyday to say please do not deliver as I will not accept. Everyday they take down the delivery reference number and say ok. Everyday a new sms arrives. I have contacted Telkom and they promise to come back to me and nothing happens. Now they have cut off my line again. I am so angry I could have a fit. I am at my wits end and don't know what to do next.
