Telkom are damn rogues

An absolute poor service by them. On the 16th or so I called in to change my debit order details as I have changed banks. There was a dumb blonde who you would expect to take down the correct details incorrectly changed my debit order details and when Telkom tried to debit they were debiting the incorrect details as a result I was being penalised. I am not willing to pay for this as I did ask the lady wether or not to send confirmation of banking details which she said it was not necessary. This is absolute day light *******.
