Telkom are ******

Telkom is the worst ever internet provider. My father in law has a wifi contract with them for 40gigs. 20 day and 20 night time capped data. However every month they charge him R800 extra, say he over spent. but as soon as their data is finished for the month, he unplugs the router, but he still gets charged the extra R800. They informed him that he has to pay an additional R800 if he wants to be released from his contract. The only explanation they give him, is he over spent, and doesnt provide him with a breakdown of the over expenditures. Telkom is a ******* and they're *****ing from people any which way they can.
