Telkom are ******

Telkom send me data and wifi offers for black friday. I was so angry because i hate telkom with passion. They deducted my money without any services being provided. Telkom agents and managers are so unprofessional, simple thing like cancelation and collection of device is so difficult for them to do. Hence they are aware that they delivered a device which is not working. Till when will you be billing my account?
