Telkom are ****** and exploiting unemployed mothers with school going children

My cellphone contracts expired months ago and as I was retrenched; I emailed the cancellation forms a hundred times and yet Telkom chose to ignore my requests repeatedly not to continue with the debit orders and yet they keep on debiting my account with a thousand rand every month. Why are you like this Telkom? I am not working with school going children. My eldest son is due to go to University which I cannot afford and it breaks my heart, yet I can afford Telkom to exploit me with a thousand rand every month? The call center has not been helpful at all and said they cannot help me!
