Telkom are ******

Telkom are the ultimate ******. I signed up for a 24 months mobile contract with Telkom which has since lapsed in September. They still continue to bill me. Whenever you call their line and prompt for cancellation they revert you to the online system. I have gone through their cancellation process and yet they still continue to bill me two months later. They keep calling me harassing me to take an upgrade which I always rejected and told them that I’m canceling the contract which has already lapsed. There’s no number in which one can escalate a complaint. What ever you don’t enter into an agreement with this company you’ll get burnt.
