I cancelled our contracts last year already and the whole year my husband and I were not aware of the insurance debit order going through because its a small amount and today I get an sms that my account has been disconnected because of non payment. The contract is cancelled but they didnt cancel the insurance without getting approval from us if we still want to carry on with insurance. I want my refund for all these months and can my line be reconnected because when i called to cancel no one told me that I should cancel insurance separetly ***). You guys are ******.
