Telkom are ********* masquerading as a telecommunications company

Telkom is a ******** business masquerading as a telecommunications company. Every month I am charged different amounts there are suddenly subscriptions & once-off charges of R39.50 and changes to R450? There's suddenly a Device Obligation / Carryover of R599 which I was never made aware of and I've been paying for 13 months now!
