Telkom are *********

I am frustrated and exceptionally angry with Telkom!! There is an active ********** account on my name. I went to Telkom late last year to request to port from Vodacom to Telkom. That was the biggest mistake of my life, trusting a bunch of ********* with my identity details. The porting was never done but an account on my name was opened with details of another person which I do not know!! I picked this up when o needed to apply for a SIM card deal with Telkom And was told it was rectified. I went to another Telkom store today and the account is still active. This is ***** and I demand this to be investigated immediately
