Telkom are *********

There aren't enough words in English to describe how ****** useless and ******** telkom is. I have BEEN complaining about this joke of a company for many months and honestly now HelloPeter, so have numerous other people so I feel it's about time you help us tackle Telkom coz no matter how much we complain, nothing gets done.

So every month on the 1st im supposed to get 1gig telkom data, 1gig all network data, 1gig social media data, 100 mins and 50 sms's for R229pm but this morning my telkom data is finished, I have 300megs all network data, 50mins and 3000 telkom mobile minutes *** am I gonna do with 3000 telkom minutes? I don't want this ****!

When I tried to call them this morning (twice) I was kept on hold for 30 minutes!!! And i still havent gotten thru.

In the past 3 months I have been billed over R1000 collectively, I've been told that on their system, my package is R250pm even tho my contract that I hold states R229pm and imagine this... I have to send them a copy of my statement to prove that they are *****ing up!!

This is why I have decided to take this to ICASA, speakOut, tv and anybody else who will listen.

I hope HelloPeter can help me get justice me coz I am a single breadwinner in my family who has quit my job to do my teaching practicals so money is scarce! I don't want to be blacklisted for things that I can't control. Please help me
