TELKOM ARE CON ARTISTS AND PROVIDE THE WORST SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A case was logged at Midrand Police station on 13.08.2019 to report my missing phone , HUWAWEI MATE 20 LITE. I contacted Telkom and Ntsako Mnis from CSR Mobile Assurance & Billing advised on the contact number for the insurance company and also blacklisted.I then contacted the insurance company and mailed them all the relevant documents ,they advised that Telkom had never updated them with the new insurance taken under the new contact last year Nov 2018 and that Telkom was charging me monthly with an insurance linked to my old contract which ended with them last year December. I went to the Telkom store at Mall of Africa on the 06.08.2019 and explained the issue faced to an agent and the Supervisor Eric Masombuka who was extremely unprofessional,*********** and unhelpful,in resolving this issue after looking at the system and admitting that the insurance I pay on a monthly basis was linked to my old contact a Samsung S7 where the contract ended last year December and not the HUWAWEI MATE 20 LITE . He was *********** and was unable to assist on the matter at all I asked to speak to the assistant store manager who was on duty several times and Eric Masombuka told me she was out shopping!! I sent him mails attached to find out solution and he promised me he would liaise with his manager to resolve this matter directly with the insurance company, which was not done, Eric then advised a person who works at Telkom to contact me instead of getting management to contact me, which I requested. He requested Thabiso Kola to contact me, this was the person who assisted me with my initial contract for the missing phone (HUWAWEI MATE 20LITE) at Mall of Africa. Thabiso Kola advised me that I was over charged with the insurance amount since the date of my new contract. He advised that Telkom owes me money as my monthly insurance amount was meant to be R150 instead of R195,70 that has been debited from my account monthly. Telkom owes me an amount of R411,30 plus R399 of which I was over charged in 01 Dec 2018 I attached the invoice on the mail and I was promised a credit by Thabiso Kola I spoke to the supervisor at the time and after all my efforts going to the store 3 times to resolve this no feedback was received at all and I was told they would contact me no one contacted at all. Mail was sent to Eric Masombuka for the amount over charged. His inefficacy and lack of assistance was pathetic and he was not interested in assisting me what so ever. Thabiso contacted me on 22.08.2019 advising that Eric Masombuka was very unprofessional and should have escalated my complaint, Thabiso promised to get back to me with feedback till today dated 23.08.2019 my claim has not been processed and the immense lack of professionalism faced with a conversation and a text message attached on the mail received from him was *****!!! He advised that I should claim for the old phone with an expired contract (SAMSUNG S7) instead of the correct phone that is reported missing with a case number and affidavit. He sent me a message stating this and was not willing to assist me at all with rectifying their mistake which he confirmed whereby Telkom was incorrectly charging me the in-correct insurance amount monthly linked to the wrong phone. I told him I refuse to listen to him as per our telephonic conversation this morning at 8:01AM 23.08.2019 and his lack of integrity with regards to assisting a client with the correct information provided and told him to process the claim for the HUWAWEI correctly and not cover their errors which been costing me my money and time to try and resolve without any assistance provided on their end!!! TELKOM continues to debit my account for an amount of R595 and has not stopped the debit order as I requested, the initial debit order date was on the 25th of every month. This month they have debited my account twice on the August 27 and September 1st . This is ******* as the debit orders are going off without my consent and on different dates. My bank advised that this is ******* as TELKOM is changing reference numbers to debit customers accounts and that this is not the first time a complaint has reached the ban****Please note that FNB continues to debit my account for an amount of R595 and has not stopped the debit order as I requested, the initial debit order date was on the 25th of every month. This is ******* as the debit orders are going off without my consent and on different dates. The below needs to be auctioned of immediate effect!!! Refund my money rightfully as confirmed by Thabiso Kola amount of R810,30. Provide correct information upon this been resolved by the insurance manager and process my claim correctly for the HUWAWEI MATE 20 LITE as requested. For TELKOM to stop the debit order on their end as they are over charging me on insurance and not assisting me with the claim process.
