Telkom are bad service providers

If you do not want peace in your life, open an account with telkom.they run their business like they are selling tomatoes on the street My account has not been debited since march n I was never notified but had the guts to hand over my account to the “collection department “ without even sending me a message or email.now I received a text saying I owe 2.4 n the made me pay that now only to find out that they included the amount that is due month end n I am paying for the services that I never received.. I honestly can not wait for my contract to end in September cos their service sucks n their communication is poor. Network coverage is also poor.
