Telkom are absolute ****

Telkom is the absolute **** of this country, they will provide you with the worst possible service and will do anything they can to get more money out of you. There is a reason their reviews and scores are so low on every single review site.

My account was a 10mb/s uncapped deal for R805 p/m. When I cancelled services in December 2018 I was charged R1500 on Jan 31st instead of R805. Telkom are now claiming I owe them over R2000 even though my account has been closed for over 6 months. I have been charged for Feb, April and May, a whole 3 months after my cancellation date.

This is by far the worst service provider I have ever used. If you are considering going with Telkom DON'T. Your money is much better spent at either Afrihost, MWEB, or Vox.
