Telkom are a bunch of skellums
Telkom are a bunch of skellums, billing me for services i have not received two months after i cancelled my contract.
i send an contract cancellation on 1 March for end March over a year after my contract ended.
first they dont process the cancellation in time they charge me for a month that i got no services then want to charge me again
they never get back on emails or open queries that they close when they feel like
you end up waiting in excess of an hour on the phone waiting to be put through to consultants that are clueless and dont care about the customer
their service is unacceptably bad- no one takes any ownership

07 Jun 2018, 18:51last time i got and used data was in March, which i paid for how dare you still be expecting me to pay. my contract ended july 2017 and i paid my bill without issue - for you to turn around and treat me this bad not is unacceptable.
