TELKOM ARE A BUNCH OF ****MERS

I called Telkom end of March to close my account because the device was paid up and the sim contract i had was no longer in use. I got a reference number and everything. To my surprise Telkom sends me a statement in April with Aprils bill and i go to the store and they say “No its the March Bill”, which made no sense because i had paid half of Marchs bill and was supposed to be left with R600 something. The bill goes to R1500 then end of April, they send another bill and it says Aprils bill. *** is going on because i had cancelled this account. I call and they tell me it was only suspended. THE REASON FOR CANCELLING WAS BECAUSE IM UNEMPLOYED AND THE DEVICE WAS ****** AND THE CONTRACT WAS FINISHED. WHY IS TELKOM TERRORISING ME AND RUINING MY CREDIT SCORE WHEN I CLEARLY SETTLED THINGS WITH THEM. I called and they transferred me to cancellations and the line dropped. Im now at a 2K bill that im absolutely not willing to pay because I called to cancel in March but these greedy fools keep billing me. DO NOT TAKE CONTRACTS WITH TELKOM, THEY ARE A ****!!!!!!!!
