Telkom are a bunch of ******

Telkom messed up my line transfer to new premises, then i cancelled due to the incompetence and time wasting.

6 months later im still being charged and now i see there is a new order on my account that was not placed by me.

You guys seem to think you can add orders onto peoples names and force them to pay. I will continue to ignore telkom and their collection agents as long as telkom refuses to sort out this issue and credit all the invalid invoices sent.
