Telkom are a bunch of Chodos

They suspended my line because of utter stupidity.

2 months ago i called in and mentioned that i need to change my debit date because of changing jobs. So debit changed from the 28th to the 31st of the month. Simple it seems right?

So this past month of August, i was debited on the 31st of R815.xx which was my invoice amount and all is well.

3 days go i get a message stating that my line is suspended because of non payment.

This makes no sense and i really dont know what to do anymore. every morning i call customer care and everyday they tell me that it will be restored in the next 24 hours and like a fool i believe them.

Best part is, they wont accept responsibility and then the next debit they will still debit me the full amount even though i was not able to use my phone for several days now.
