TELKOM are ******!

I cancelled, via email, in writing, a cellphone, insurance of R343-00 a month on 26 June 2023, which is more than a year ago. Through a string of emails back and forth, they still insist that I owe them the money and want to, and have handed me over to attorneys for collection. I spend over R6000-00 per month on Telkom services and am so disappointed with how they handle this.
