Telkom are *******!!

Telkom you are a *****! You discontinued the copper ADSL lines in my area over a year ago but you still keep charging me R1600 for ADSL internet service that is no longer available!!! I have tried for over a year to cancel this with no luck…… but yet you keep taking my money for internet that I have not been able to use for over a year! How do you justify charging a client for a service you discontinued?? And when I try to cancel and the call centre tells me it’s cancelled you still keep taking my money!! *******!!!!
