Telkom April promo

<p>In April Telkom had promo deal that I app**** for online first time it didn't get successful due to poor service work done by their consultant, I then re-app**** and order number was provided was told in 5 working days my wifi router will be installed. May month is over and I haven't received any of that every time I ask their facebook consultant via messenger am told in 30days time the network team will contact, as I mentioned May month is over since I requested this on 18th April. It's very disappointing that Telkom advertised a deal they can't provide for, I stay in an area where's there network coverage all am being told is that they don't have stock. </p>
