Telkom April 80GB special is a ****

Signed up for 80gb(40gb day & 40gb night) package last month only 40gb (20g day & 20gb night) was loaded and I thought it’s a mistake and went to Telkom springs mall. I was told that I am signed up for 80gb but it would not show on my app it will show this 40gb package because their app malfunctions. I use this sim only when I get home after work, before this sim I was using another one from Telkom 10gb and I managed with that one until the 25th, but now according to them I finished 40gb before the 25th. Recorded Data usage in my phone there is no such. This is definitely a **** and I feel sorry for anyone who signed up for 24 months on this ****, at least for me it’s a month to month and I will be able to cancel in three months.
