Telkom appears to be incapable of fixing their problems!!!

I have had an ongoing problem for almost 3 years with the LTE signal dropping and really slow internet speeds. This has been reported often and case numbers issued. I now have a Case number ********** 4 which is now 2 weeks old and nothing appears to be happening
