TELKOM APPALLING SERVICE!!!

Absolute appalling service!! Telkom has decommissioned ADSL lines in my area but are still billing me as I am “a contract period”. I was promised an alternative LTE solution in replacement but after 4 months I am still paying for a service I don't have! Worst of all they wont cancel the contract so I can port over to a different service provider who will be willing to offer me an actual service! After numerous escalation attempts with this hopeless call centre still no assistance just empty promises!!!
