Telkom appalling service

I bought R200 airtime about 3 weeks ago from telkom express shop in Woodburn Square Pietermaritzburg till today i have not received my airtime every time i go back to the shop or make a call they keep giving excuses without resolving my issue, it really sickening to have received this type of service or lack off, am really disappointed with they lack of professionalism in assisting their customers
