Telkom Appalling service and customer service

we have experienced the worst service with telkom for the past 3 months paying the amount of R910.00 and then we finally get through to the contact center we speak to agent by the name of Sindi Khuzwayo who has no customer care ethic and cross questions us as if she is doing me a favor, then telling me the fault does not lay telkom it is with my work server yet a technician was out at my place and had confirmed that there is an issue. So i suggest no one use Telkom their service is poor and customer service agents are worse.
