Telkom appalling service

I am appalled and frustrated with Telkom's ineffectiveness and inefficiency. I canceled their services years ago, especially due to this. I was informed by their consultant at their Kenilworth branch that nothing was due on my account then.

Now years later I am being harassed by NuDebt, by various members of their team, following up on some undisclosed "balance due to Telkom." Telkom never followed up with me personally for this.

This is now with threats from NuDebt of marks for a negative credit profile and court orders and summons.

Telkom, please get your act together and sort this out.
