Telkom app sucks as bad as the company does

I have been batteling a telkom billing problem for the past 6 months which is still pending as they have too many departments that achieve nothing and don’t know what communication entails.

The telkom app is the worst thing ever developed as it does not actually allow or provide any viable assistance or information. The app eats my data when it’s not supposed to use my data and it never allows me access.

Over and above this telkom mobile is the worst service provider ever. A pop up stall in my mall is only interested in people signing contracts no body willing or able to assist.
