Telkom App problem

The Telkom app is offline since 2 days ago and no one from telkom seems to care. This has been reported by many people on various platforms and still app doesn’t allow you to log in and buy data? How is this company the main internet provider in SA with this type of service? Isn’t there anyone out there who could help?
