Telkom App
The Telkom app is not working as it should. I have been trying to top-up one of my accounts for hours now, and the app keeps on saying it is unable to find my details. I am logged into the app and everything. Have tried phoning Telkom, but no answer at all.
Secondly, I was also unable to top-up on the website.
This is absurd and definitely not the services that I am paying for.
