Telkom App
I have trouble with the Telkom App. Struggling to log on as well as when i am logged in it takes forever to get loaded and then just tells me that it can’t retrieve my information and i need to try again later.
I can’t see balanced and tell me that i have not loaded any data for a while whilst standing in the telkom shop to buy data. Pathetic!!!
This is extremely frustrating and for a company like telkom not have the necessary support to help customers is a joke.
I will end Telkom immediately and definitely not recommend it to anyone!
Useless to say the least!!!
