Telkom - Anything for extra money for that extra bonus.

I can`t see how Telkom is still in business.

I cancelled my ADSL Line the same time I cancelled my MWEB account.

MWEB cancelled it and everything went fine.

1 year later i received a notification from ITC that Telkom has continued billing me (after cancellation which had to be done over the telephone as the branches are completely useless). The bill accumulated to over R6258.82.

Yet no one ever tried to call me (only got the notification).

Now it`s a battle to get this resolved but Telkom being Telkom is being helpful as always.
