Telkom answer your phones!

I tried your website, logged my home move got a reference number heard nothing, no record of it what so ever. I called you yesterday spent 1hr20mins on the phone only to be told about your system errors, cant find my new moving address. I will be called today. Still nothing. Spent 30mins phoning your call centre only to be answered placed on mute until i was forced to abandon the call. Im now 15mins queuing again, Telkom really sad service but hey we expect that right.
