Telkom ans Showmax- the worst companies ever

I have been a client of telkom for as long as I can remember but this week has just proved that maybe I should not be. I called them to sort out and issue I had with my sshowmax account and they have been giving me the runaround and just not solving anything. They charged me for 3 showmax subscriptions and they refuse to remove the 2 as I only have one active showmax account. I must now fork out R600 for showmax subscription which should only have costed me R100. Terrible service Form both Showmax and telkom. Both refuse to assist and both blame the other for this mistake. I will have no choice but to cancel showmax and telkom. There is just so many options out there now, we don't have eto settle for the **** service that these companies push on us.
