Telkom-another dying entity

Retired to the South Coast and was pleasantly surprised at the Telkom efficiency, my telephone and internet up and running 2 days after applying, definitely no comparison to Gauteng. However the past 2 years we have received sms from telkom saying that adsl services will disappear and would we like a new wireless service which includes a new phone and router. We of course rep**** yes to the message. I received the message a further 4 times and rep**** yes in all case. The Telkom service to our community has become so bad and despite calls every day to the faults centre and a multitude of reference numbers..no response, zero, zilch. I phoned yesterday and am told that there is no capacity on the transmitter to accommodate our service. We and others in our community have been with telkom for over 5 years and now they have no capacity. Who is planning what up there ?
