Telkom and Vumatel NO SERVICE

I don't want to give them any stars. Our internet connection has been down for 7 days now. We phoned Telkom customer service and they said we need to go in store which we have done 5 times. Router has been checked and it is not our router. Last night the tech in store told us it must be Vumatel issue now. Also said we would have to pay R1500 for somebody to come out and check. We have emailed Vumatel as they can no longer be contact via a phone anymore and still no response. Today we intend to cancel our service which I am sure will be another struggle. So frustrating.
