Telkom and Vodacom porting confusion

I ported my business sim from Vodacom to Telkom on the 11th.Since then Vodacom calls and msgs dont come thru. Some Telkom consultants said it is Vodacom that must unblock my phone. All Vodacom consultants say it is Telkom. I have been assisted by telkom call center agents yesterday in vain, by one shop consultant in vain.Today even the manager insisted that it is Vodacoms issue. I have lost business and still continuing to do so
