Telkom and ***** very similar

TELKOM and ***** have big similarities "***** definition is wrongful or ******** deception intended to result in financial or personal gain." I wonder if their customers start reporting their poor and pathetic service that they don't render but somehow continue to bill if Telkom will wake up.

Dealing with Telkom has been an utter nightmare. Over the past three years, they've consistently inflated our debt orders with arbitrary amounts, leaving us paying three times the agreed-upon sum with no justification. Their customer service representatives are unhelpful and refuse to escalate our concerns to higher authorities. Every three months, our accounts are blocked without explanation, only to be unblocked after hours on the phone, with a paltry credit refund. And now, without warning or explanation, Telkom has cancelled our line. Their service is beyond abysmal.
