Telkom and Trudon work hand in hand to **** innocent customers!

********!!!!! Pity this doesn't offer a zero star rating. They con you into "supposedly" updating your business information, and then the billing on your Telkom account continues for another 12 month contract. I had cancelled this contract in August 2021, and received confirmation that my last billing would be in December 2021. The confirmation was in black and white on an emailed response from them. January Telkom bill came and the new 1st payment of a 12 month contract had been billed. You cannot contract them via telephone because they "apparently" all work from home. I have emailed a million times and they eventually just don't respond. I have sent them their own cancelation confirmation emails back to them, but am just ignored. When calling Telkom, they just tell you that it has nothing to do with them and it must be paid or our line will be cut. I told them I would pay my telkom bill, just less the trudon fee on the bill, and they will not accept that. They must be in on the **** with Trudon or getting a cut from it. You cannot ad something to someones bill without confirmation or their consent. Telkom...you should be ashamed!!!! Best I get more parties involved in this matter, and plaster all your names on social media. Maybe this is a story for Carte Blanche and others.

Best of all, how can you approve an advert or listing without ever having seen the proof or mock up before listing?? Especially when the agent that called you said they were sending a proof for you to confirm. We never confirmed anything with your ******** company, and have paid you for far too many years now. You have gotten away with this for so long now, and your free ride is now up!!!! Time for you guys to learn your lesson and your accomplice, Telkom. Best we cancel all our Telkom contracts at the same time!!!! Good riddens to ********s!!!!
