Telkom and Trudon are *******

<p>My Telkom line just went dead recently and due to them not sending me a bill since March I had no way of knowing that I owed R3000 rand to them. This was a mystery to me as I was paying my internet bill each month. I then contacted telkom call center and found out that an identical amount to my internet fee was carged to me as a subcription to some Trudon business which i never authorised nor wanted. Telkom have been unwilling to help me and the trudon number they gave me has given me a prerecorded message. I now have no internet and no way of finishing the courses i am taking online.</p>
