Telkom and Trudon

<p>Telkom has been ILEGGALLY deducting money from my account with the excuse that a company by the name of Trudon is getting the money. </p> <p>So far not Telkom or Trudon can give me any evidence where I or my wife gave them the permission to deduct R179pm from my account.</p> <p>Previously they deducted also R900+ but after a long time of struggling I got that back.</p> <p>I am paying Telkom for a service and they bluntly refused to stop the deduction from my account. This deduction was not asked for by me and was instituted by Trudon (who cant awnser any emails or telephones).</p> <p>This means that anyone can now deduct anything from my acount and Telkom will just do it without even having proof that I authorized it. Telkom said they will not stop the deduction from my account. WHO IS TELKOM’S CLIENT AND HAS BEEN PAYING THEM ( for 20 years)……. ME OR TRUDON.</p> <p>It is Telkom that needs to stop the deduction as all queries to trudon is not answered. How can it take 6 months for them to snap it ?</p> <p> </p>
