TELKOM **** AND THEY ARE ROBBING ME MY HARD ERNED MONEY

How I regret taking Telkom contract. I feel ****** by them .I have been paying for my cellphone contract monthly did not miss any month but jiki jiki now they have blocked my number and said I owe them because I had cancelled their insurance and they were still billing me for it then i reversed debit order and payed for it by pep .I called them them several times for them to rectify their mistakes but their useless customer service gave me run around and stories .I SOOOOO REGRET
