Telkom and there bad service!!!
Our internet and telephones have recently gone down (27.05.18) , I have contacted Telkom customer care and have been advised that they are not planning on fixing the problem, instead they offering me alternatives that will cost me more than 4 times what im paying now.
I am honestly not happy with the services they are offering, not looking after there infrastructure but instead telling me to spend more money on them and receiving less than what I use to get for less.

10 Jun 2018, 17:09Thank you, also just to point out that the line being down affects the businesses running in the main road by us... some of them will have to close there doors if its not fix.
