TELKOM AND THEIR WORKERS ARE JUST USELESS!!!!!!!!

I don't even want to give a freaking rating.

So.. we moved houses and the estate uses Telkom, Openserve. (Lekker stupid) My husband phoned them to come and install our fibre. That was like 3 May 2021. They said they will come on the Saturday 8 May 2021, 5 days later. My husband waited the whole day for them to arrive, and no one showed. When he tried to phone the number, nobody even picked up. So why say you will come and just don't pitch up. We know why... they are just pathetic!!

Well, he got hold of them on Monday 10 May 2021 and they said they will come today, 13 May 2021 at 8am. My husband put in morning leave, to accommodate these people.

It's now 10:30 and still no one showed up. After calling the number, they said the call is now an open call, so the technician can come anytime. Does Telkom want my husband to sit and wait for them again for the whole day??????? And still they are not going to show up, because they are useless!!

Can't they just do their job? I don't understand why Telkom is still in business.

This is why we cancelled our Telkom a few years ago, because they are just pathetic!!!
