TELKOM and their useless service

I'm so fed up with TELKOM!!!!! I struggled weeks to get hold of a consultant when I did I asked for them to please cancel my contract. They have deducted twice the amount the last 3 months. I was informed my last debit will be pro rata in November. I have agreed to this and asked the please stipulate this in an email as I want proof. Their word is not their honor. Well now I have paid over R200 extra for this month and they blocked my sim. I cannot receive calls or smses and I can't call out! I can't even phone TELKOM to resolve this issue. Really I would never use them again. They so useless
