Telkom and their **** unhelpfull service.
<p>My line has been down for nearly a week, constatnt calls from my cell and no positive feedback. all they say my line is being worked on. bull****.</p>
So who is going to pay back all my money for the cell phone calls i had to make to you guys? the technician told me on Saturday that the fault was a result of shoddy workmanship from Telkom techs. somebody worked on the pole, disconeccted something and forgot to connect it again which resulted in my line being down for a week?
